How to Read and Write TRW EMS ?

We use KTAG master for the read and write process of this ECU. Select Renault truck, Euro 5, DTi11, and then choose service mode. In service mode, the ECU can be read from its pinout (Bench mode).
1.    A 144300T115 cable is required to connect to the ECU, along with 144300TALI as the battery supply power cable.
2.    Disconnect the ECU connector and attach the 144300T115 cable to the ECU.
3.    The ECU can also be removed and read on a workbench. Once connected to the KTAG tool, the system should identify it automatically.
4.    Use the Read Backup function to save the original file before proceeding with modifications.

 

Note: The KTAG can correct the checksum for this ECU during the Writing process so you don’t need to worry about checksum correction.
