Refund PolicyDue to the digital nature of our services and content, all purchases made on Schiller Tuning are generally non-refundable once access to digital materials or services has been granted.Schiller Tuning provides digital educational content and online services only. No physical products or downloadable software licenses are sold.
Eligible Refund CasesRefunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:
  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Technical errors that prevent access to purchased content and cannot be resolved
  • Unauthorized transactions verified by our payment provider
